Constructed from ASTM1045
3/4" integrally forged kingpin
2-9/16" bearing raceway is precisely machined and hardened. 3/8" hardened ball bearings
Lower raceway thrust bearing is a tapered roller bearing, providing exceptionally smooth and easy swiveling action and counteracts radial thrust
1/4" thick legs are double welded
Zinc-plated finish

1/4" thick top plate with legs formed from 1/4" steel
Designed for ultimate solution of traditional casters with kingpin being loosened from lateral force

Extended swivel radius for better maneuverability is available for 6" and 8"

Each series are designed for the efficiency to satisfy different applications:

#41 has load capacity up to 1,500 lb raceway is made of hardened ASTM1045, with weld on inner raceway
#4A has load capacity up to 1,500 lb It is specially designed for environment that require sealed raceway. Raceway is made of hardened ASTM1045, with weld on inner raceway. Varieties of seals that can handle temperature up to 450°F
#45 is the ultimate of kingpinless casters and has load capacity up to 2, 500 lb. It is made of hot forged ASTM1045 for the highest density and hardened for durability. The inner raceway is forged integrally with the top plate

4K/4R—High Performance Maintenance Free Extended Swivel Lead Series—2,500LB

Swivel device is a combination of Ball Thrust Ball Bearings and Taper Roller Bearings for its maximum performance

Taper Roller Bearings in upper raceway to handle axial loads while operating at high speeds
Ball Thrust Ball Bearings as lower raceway to handle combined heavy radial and thrust loads
Extended swivel radius reduces the effort to start and swivel by half the force
3/8" thick top plate with legs formed from 5/16" steel
Designed for Ultimate solution of traditional casters with kingpin being loosened from lateral force
